Directions
Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: Take 1 capsule at bedtime if needed, or as directed by a doctor. Store at 59-86 degrees f (15-30 degrees C). Protect from excessive moisture. Protect from light. Retain product in box until administered.
Ingredients
Active Ingredient (in Each Capsule): Diphenhydramine HCl (50 mg). Inactive Ingredients: FD&C Blue 1, Gelatin, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Talc.
Warnings
Do not use in children under 12 years of age; with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, glaucoma; trouble urinating due to the enlargement of the prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking tranquilizers or sedatives. When using this product avoid alcoholic drinks. Stop use and ask doctor if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Package not child resistant. Tamper Evident Features: 1. Each capsule is individually sealed in a clear plastic bubble with foil back. Do not use if plastic bubble or foil is torn or broken. 2. Each clear capsule is protected by a blue band which seals the two capsule halves. Do not use if band is missing or broken. 3. Sleepinal appears on each capsule half. Do not use if Sleepinal name is not clearly visible or is missing.
